It sounds simple… because it is.But you’d be shocked how many closings get delayed because someone brought an expired ID, left it at home, or grabbed the wrong wallet.

Bring two forms of ID just to be safe.Driver’s license + passport or state ID works perfectly.

If your wire or cashier’s check arrives late, you can’t close — period.

Send your wire the day before closing and always call the title company to verify instructions.(Scams are real — double checking protects you!)
