I’m Alyssa Buttels, a REALTOR® and Managing Broker Licensee with Excel Realty Group serving the northern suburbs of Illinois.

 

Real estate isn’t just about opening doors and putting a sign in the yard anymore. Today’s market requires strategy, marketing, negotiation, and someone who knows how to actually get results.

 

That’s where I come in.

 

Since becoming licensed in 2021, I’ve built my business around doing things differently, combining strong marketing, modern technology, and real human connection to help my clients buy and sell with confidence.

 

Whether it’s creating high-impact video marketing for listings, negotiating aggressively for buyers, or guiding first-time homeowners through the process step-by-step, my goal is simple: make the experience smooth, informed, and successful.

 

Outside of real estate, I’m a single mom to my son Jonah who keeps life busy with sports and adventures. My faith and personal growth are also a big part of my life and help guide the way I approach business, relationships, and serving my clients with integrity.

Kara Morris is a Mortgage Loan Originator in IL. She is passionate about helping her clients secure a mortgage they can afford while treating every client like family.With almost 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Kara’s background gives her a unique ability to foresee issues with getting approved. By addressing those potential issues up front, her clients have a smooth experience in obtaining a mortgage.She says the most important part of the loan process is getting to know her clients and their goals for a mortgage, whether it is homeownership or a refinance. Then, getting to learn their budget, not just knowing a dollar amount for which they can be approved. She gives them her full attention and makes sure they clearly understand the entire mortgage process. Kara offers a wide range of products, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, First-time homebuyer, Down Payment Assistance, Renovation, and Jumbo loans. Kara is actively involved in her community outside of work. She’s involved in Yorkville Kiwanis – WESOS Yorkville and Geneva Chapters and Kaneland District 302. Kara is single mom of teenagers.
